Go to Settings, Data and choose Prepare export. The export includes your conversations, memories, calendar, contacts, documents, messages and settings. Connection keys stay out. Stored files are listed with links that last 24 hours.

Exports are kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically.

In Settings, Privacy, Keep conversations offers 90 days, 1 year or Until deleted (the default). You can also delete one conversation or all of them.

Settings, AI and memory lets you pause Memory or forget everything it holds. To correct a single fact, just tell Zero.

In Settings, Privacy, set Processing to Paused. Accounts stop syncing, new files aren't read, scheduled and background work stops, and nothing new is remembered. Your data stays, and what you ask still gets answered.

When it's on, a generic procedure with personal details removed may be distilled from finished tasks to help everyone. Turn it off in Settings, Privacy with Opt out. Business plan organizations have it off unless they turn it on.

Analytics and diagnostics stay off until you choose to turn them on in Settings, Privacy. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they stay off. We don't use advertising trackers. See Cookies.

Go to Settings, Account, choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. You'll be asked to sign in again first.

Active data is deleted right away. An encrypted recovery export may be kept for up to 30 days in case you need it; it isn't used for anything else, and you can ask us to delete it sooner. It doesn't restore the account.
