More control over your data
Settings now lets you export a copy of your data, choose how long conversations are kept, pause processing, opt out of shared procedure learning, and disconnect an account while deleting what it brought in. Analytics and diagnostics stay off until you turn them on, and we honor your browser's Global Privacy Control signal.
Security
Stronger sign-in and session limits
Sessions now end on the server after a period of inactivity and after a maximum age. You can sign out of every device at once, and deleting your account asks you to sign in again first.

New public pages explain how we protect your data, which providers process it, how we recover from outages and which cookies we use. Each security control carries its real status. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service were updated at the same time.

Redesigned calendar, notifications and email
The calendar has week, month and day views and shows the time zone of each event. Editing a repeating event asks which occurrences to change. Notifications are sorted by what needs you first. Replying to an email shows the open asks in the thread and the to-dos you're tracking.

Documents you can present
Documents keep an edit history with undo and redo, and you can compare two versions side by side. Present mode works with the keyboard, your voice or hand gestures, and documents read well on a phone.

Video calls with a debrief
Calls in Smart Manager have a lobby, live captions and a clear notice when notes are being taken. Invitees who use Smart Manager hear the call ring in the app. After the call you get a debrief with action items and a drafted follow-up.
