GDPR and security documentation
The Privacy Policy now names our controller and processor roles, lawful bases, retention periods, international transfer safeguards and how to exercise each right. The Terms add data processing, health data, acceptable use and shared security terms. We published a Trust Center, a subprocessor list, a cookie notice and our disaster recovery posture, each with its current status. The Privacy Policy also describes the conversation retention choice and the 30-day deletion of exports, and the subprocessor list marks every transfer mechanism as not yet confirmed.
